Return and cancellation conditions
On our site, all sellers should be professionals. Also, as a consumer, you have the right to return a product, except in the following cases for which no return will be accepted:
1. You have purchased a product made to your request or clearly personalized .
2. You have purchased digital content provided on an immaterial medium
By having downloaded the product from our site, you have waived your right of withdrawal. This type of product is aimed in particular at images or patterns that can be downloaded online.
3. You have purchased a deteriorating or perishable product.
This category targets in particular food products with a near expiry date.
4. You have purchased an item which, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, cannot be resold without risk for the Seller .
This last category targets in particular sealed cosmetic products, underwear and swimwear.

The product complies with your order but you do not want to keep it?
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days running from the day after receipt of your order (if this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day). After this period, no return request will be accepted. The product must be in the same condition as when the buyer received it.
The product received does not comply with your order or is defective?
You have 72 hours from delivery to present your reservations to the seller by contacting him from our site. After this period, your product is presumed to be compliant and in used condition.
To request the return of an item within your 14-day right of withdrawal, contact your seller through our site. It will tell you how to proceed.
If unfortunately you have received a product that does not comply with your order or is defective, after having made your reservations with the Seller, follow the procedure described in article 8 of our general conditions "Complaint and withdrawal" . You can also contact Urban Neighbor Customer Service who will tell you what to do.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been worn, washed or used in any way.
The Sellers check the returned products and validate or not your request. Any product that has been used or damaged will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded. In this situation, the product may be returned to you at your expense without being able to claim any compensation or right to reimbursement.
The return costs are in principle the responsibility of the Buyer.
However, in the event of an error in the preparation of the order or of a product defect, the Seller alone will bear the return costs and will specify to the Buyer the carrier chosen to carry out the return.
We draw your attention to the fact that if the product is lost by the carrier when returning the product, the Buyer remains solely responsible and cannot claim any reimbursement of the return costs or the amount of the returned product(s).
The amount that will be refunded to you corresponds to the amount paid on our Site, i.e. the price of the returned item plus the corresponding shipping costs. However, the return costs remain your responsibility.
You will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of your item by the Seller, and if your return complies with the procedure defined here (in particular with regard to the condition of the returned item(s).
No surprise, your refund will be made using the same method as the one used to pay for your order.
